Dr. Lineberger's area of research is information technology and web-based communication. He created Aggie Horticulture in early 1994 and served as its webmaster until 2008. Under his leadership, Aggie Horticulture evolved from a single website to over 20 websites on a network of servers including static web pages, interactive databases, search robots, and streaming video servers.
