A multilevel construct validation of safety climate Conference Paper

abstract

• The purpose of this study was to conduct a multilevel construct validation of safety climate. Results from two samples revealed that safety climate was represented well across levels by a single factor. In addition, results revealed that safety climate's associations with safety incidents were proportionately stronger at the workgroup level.
