He has authored or co-authored more than 1,400 articles published by financial media. The United Nations' UNCTAD peer-reviewed journal selected as its lead article for Issue 2, Volume 25 (June 2018) Lorraine Eden (Texas A&M Mays School of Business) and William Byrnes' "Transfer Pricing and State Aid: the Unintended Consequences of Advance Pricing Agreements."



William Byrnes pioneered online education in the early nineties.
