My research focuses on the Mexican American experience in the U.S., particularly among Mexican American men. Her work examines psychosociocultural factors that impact the education, career development, and well being of Latinos from a positive psychological perspective. I am also interested in Latino masculinity and Mexican immigrants' issues.
