- Major Goals: Improve the current DISC vaccine strategy by increasing the immune response to specific important targets and route of infection. Study the effects of multiple strain infection with new vaccine strategy. Study the effects of interferon-lambda on CMV infection by utilizing a knock-out guinea pig.
