abstract
The transfer function approach was employed to obtain error-probability upper bounds for asynchronous trellis coded CDMA systems. Under asynchronous Trellis coded CDMA, every single error event path requires its interuser interference density function. This technique provides uniformly tight bounds for the biorthogonal sequence based trellis codes, both with and without parallel transitions.
