abstract
This paper presents a distributed parameter system control model of a large, flexible, phased array transmitter, derived from the two-dimensional wave equation for a vibrating membrane. A preliminary model of a "small" transmitting membrane is discussed and its corresponding ROM-RMF controller is presented.
