Primary Components of Codimension Two Lattice Basis Ideals

• 2017, Springer International Publishing AG. We provide explicit combinatorial descriptions of the primary components of codimension two lattice basis ideals. As an application, we compute the set of parameters for which a bivariate Horn system of hypergeometric differential equations is holonomic.
