Investigates the nature and magnitude of the influence of price, household income, and socioeconomic and demographic variates on aggregate sea-food expenditure in the US. Geographic region, degree of population, density, race, marital status, and industry of the household head influence household expenditure on fish and shellfish. In addition, the price of fish and shellfish, household size, and household income are statistically significant factors.-from Author
