abstract
The installation of robotic streaming video cameras in hundreds of locations around the world was observed. The cameras consists of pan, tilt, and zoom controls which is commercially available. The camera parameters can be adjusted by the remote viewers by using the internet to observe the desired details in the scene. A new approach, Co-opticon was developed that eliminates the queue and allows many users to access and share control of the robotic camera simultaneously.
