abstract

  • This paper addresses designing controllers for covariance assignment in linear systems with structured parametric uncertainty. An algorithm is presented for designing controllers that achieve prescribed state covariances in the presence of parameter uncertainty. The algorithm is such that it brings about the trade-off between assigned covariances and the range of allowable perturbations.
