abstract
A technique to enhance the linearity of continuous-time OTA-C filters working at high frequencies, is proposed. Experimental results in a standard CMOS 0.35m technology are presented. Each OTA consumes 10.5mW and the transconductance can be tuned from 70 to 160 A/V while its IM3 remains below -70dB up to 50Mhz for 1.3Vpp input. For a 20Mhz low-pass second-order filter implementation, the measured IM3 with an input voltage of 1.3Vpp is below -65dB for the entire pass-band. The supply voltage is 3.3V.
