Dynamical tailoring of intense femtosecond gas-plasma THz sources Conference Paper

abstract

• We review recent advances on the emission of tailored intense THz pulses from 2-color femtosecond laser filaments in gases. Extended tunability of the THz pulses is achieved via filamentation molding and the use of cleverly engineered metamaterials. 2013 SPIE.
