One quality a good teacher should possess is the ability to reflect on what, why and how things are done and to adapt, develop and improve his or her practices within the context of lifelong learning. Individuals construct understanding through the process of reflection on experience (McDrury & Alterio, 2003; Schunk, 1990; Connelly & Clandinin, 1990).
