  • Formate (η-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPH3)(OCHO) (1) de-carboxylates to (η-C5H5)Re(NO)(PPH3)(H) (2) without PPH3 dissociation, with retention at rhenium, with kH/kD (112 °C) = 1.55 ± 0.19, ΔH‡ = 26.8 ± 0.6 kcal/mol, and ΔS‡ = -6.3 ±1.3 eu. © 1983, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
