Team training, group processes, and organizational psychology: major theoretical and research issues that bridge boundaries Conference Paper uri icon

abstract

  • The objective of this panel is to provide a forum for discussion of issues that are part of the larger set of common interests and goals. The panelists are individuals who might be identified as representing principally only one of the two clusters of researchers and practitioners. Each one, however, probably prefers to be and is in fact recognized as a major contributor by members of the other cluster. The desired impact of the brief presentations by the panelists, together with subsequent interactions among the panelists and others in the audience, is to facilitate a recognition and appreciation among the panelists and others in the audience, is to facilitate a recognition and appreciation of the total set of contributions being made in the area of team, group and organizational research and practice.
