The microstructure and mechanical properties of severely deformed powder processed Ti-6Al-4V (Ti64) using equal channel angular extrusion were studied. The fracture toughness was enhanced by controlling the lamellae spacing. The effects of the extrusion temperature and number of passes on the microstructural evolution and ambient temperature mechanical properties were investigated.
