The article examine the U.S. Supreme Court approach in cases concerning right of privacy. It discusses several such cases including 'Griswold v. Connecticut' that recognize the right; the 'Bowers v. Hardwick' in which the court found no privacy issue in a law criminalizing homosexual activity; and the 'Obergefell v. Hodges' related to same-sex marriages.
