  • Most research examining the Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB) and the Transtheoretical models stages of change(SOC) in predicting fruit and vegetable(FV) intake has been cross-sectional in nature. The aim of this study was to investigate the strength of these variables in predicting FV consumption and SOC after one year.
