abstract
A method for determining the minimum fuel solution for visiting a set of satellites in a geosynchronous orbit with small inclinations, is presented. Strategies for visiting the satellites include equal time for each visit or equal minimum fuel for the in-plane portion of the maneuver. The minimum fuel solution from this method is found to 25% of the minimum fuel solution for visiting each satellite by proceeding sequentially around the geosynchronous belt. This method is more feasible for servicing a large number of satellites in geosynchronous orbit that have small inclinations.
