• Identifying biomarkers of irAEs is the prerequisite for maximizing clinical benefits of patients treated by immune checkpoint inhibitors. Bukhari etal.1 identified significant associations between different peripheral Tcell sub-clusters and arthritis, pneumonitis, and thyroiditis.
