abstract

• In this paper we study a class of inhomogeneous motions of an incompressible neo-Hookean solid. The form of solution sought leads to a system of uncoupled ordinary differential equations that can be analyzed in great detail with regard to issues concerning boundedness and periodicity of solutions. 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
