• AbstractFor perturbed Stark operators , the author has proved that must be larger than in order to create N linearly independent eigensolutions in [29]. In this paper, we apply generalized Wignervon Neumann type functions to construct embedded eigenvalues for a class of Schrdinger operators, including a proof that the bound issharp.
