abstract

• In this note, we give a new necessary condition for feedback stabillzability of a linear system with a controller of fixed order. The condition is useful for designing low-order regulators and can be easily calculated in the case of single-input or single-output systems by solving a standard linear programming problem. 1988 IEEE
