The present invention relates to an environment-friendly lead-free polymer composite piezoelectric material and to a method for manufacturing the same for securing structural flexibility as well as high piezoelectric properties. The present invention provides the lead-free polymer composite piezoelectric material including 10 to 50 vol% of ceramic powder and 50 to 90 vol% of organic polymer resin, wherein the ceramic powder is made in the shape of nanowire having great aspect ratio.
