There is provided an optical pointing device for minimizing size and improving image quality. The optical pointing device includes a light emitting part including a light emitting element emitting light for detecting a subject and a contact with the subject, and the light emitted from the light emitting part reaches and is reflected from the object surface and the subject. And a light receiving unit comprising a plurality of pixels for forming an image using light transmitted through the imaging system of the integral part, and an integrated part including an imaging system for focusing and transmitting light. Therefore, it is possible to prevent image distortion of the subject by using the total reflection phenomenon. In addition, since an independent array lens can be used to cope with a wide object surface, it can contribute to miniaturization and slimming of the optical pointing device. In addition, the object surface, the illumination system and the imaging system may be integrally formed to prevent assembly errors in the assembly process and to improve workability and mass productivity.
