Computers and the Law Academic Article

abstract

• This paper provides an overview of the applicability of microcomputers to the practice of law. Three broad categories of usage are examined: office management, decision analysis and modeling, and instruction. The paper concludes with a discussion of the potential uses of expert systems in the simulation of legal reasoning.
