  • In this paper, we report the development of a microfluidic high-throughput screening system for the screening prostate cancer sensitizing agents. A key feature is that microfluidic system has 64 different combinatorial chambers with no diffusion and no flow, allowing the generation of the numerous concentrations required to optimize synergistic drug treatments. 2009 CBMS.
