The level structure of 10C below 7MeV is discussed. We suggest the spin-parity assignments for the unbound states in 10C. The assignments are based on the observed widths, Coulomb displacement energies, the reported decay modes, the potential model prediction, and the shell-model calculations. 2012 American Physical Society.
