abstract

  • The diethylphosphate derivative of 4-methoxy-4-(3-hydroxyphenyl)spiro[1,2-dioxetane-3,2-adamantane] was synthesized. The Km and Vmax values for the enzymatic hydrolysis by phosphotriesterase were 0.091 mM and 0.15 sec-1, respectively. The enzyme-catalyzed hydrolysis was accompanied by the emission of visible light. 1994.
