abstract

  • Photonic band-gap edge second harmonic generation (PBG-edge SHG) enhancement was combined with the waveguide regime of nonlinear-optical interaction. As a result, a convenient and practical way of improving the efficiency of nonlinear-optical processes for low-energy laser radiation was achieved.
