abstract

  • In this study, the large atomic coherence associated with electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) in optically thick samples was used to enhance nonlinear Faraday signals. As a result, enhancement by two orders of magnitude was obtained while improving the fundamental signal-to-noise ratio.
