© 2015. Background: This article describes an innovative approach of developing and implementing three simulation scenarios that focus on forensic nursing science education. Methods: The scenarios include a blunt force trauma patient, gunshot wound patient, and strangulation assault patient. Students participated in an elective where simulation was implemented to apply new knowledge. Results: The students appreciated learning about forensic nursing science within a simulation setting. Conclusion: The article describes scenario details including simulation setup, objectives, and expected outcomes.
