abstract
Specific features and combination of two effects such as optical superradiant lasing and infrared (IR) parametric generation in two-color quantum-well heterolasers were discussed. Stationary two-color lasing from ground state and the excited state of dimensional quantization in one and the same quantum-well was studied. Results showed superradiant lasing at one interband optical transition in the presence of steady-state lasing at another optical transition makes possible pulsed IR parametric generation at resonant intersubband transition.
