Better bibliographic control of full-text titles in aggregated databases is desperately needed. Martin conducted a survey to gather data on the range of approaches to providing access to these electronic titles. The results indicated staffing levels are inadequate for this task; technical services staff are universally struggling to find satisfactory solutions.
