  • 2017 IEEE. We present 1-, 2-, and 3-D numerical expressions for the full wave time domain propagator solution of Maxwell's equations. Boundary conditions for dielectric and prefect conductors, an absorbing boundary condition and the dispersion relations are also presented along with results and comparisons with FDTD and analytical solutions.
