  • We present measurements of the branching fractions for J/e+e- and +- using 3M (2S) decays collected with the CLEO detector operating at the CESR e+e- collider. We obtain B(J/e+e-)=(5. 9450.0670.042)% and B(J/+-)=(5.9600. 0650.050)%, leading to an average of B(J/+-)=(5.9530. 0560.042)% and a ratio of B(J/e+e-)/B(J/+- )=(99.71.20.6)%, all consistent with, but more precise than, previous measurements. 2005 The American Physical Society.
