abstract
Ripple field effect on high-frequency measurements of FeTiN films was analyzed. It was found that the values of the ripple field from high frequency permeability (HFP) were slightly smaller than those found with transverse bias permeability (TBP). The results showed that the extrinsic contribution to ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) line depended upon the grain size relative to the exchange length.
