• The authors describe a method they devised to develop multicomponent nutritional chewable tablets containing chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine hydrochloride, manganes ascorbate, and a cheese flavor powder to identify certain formulation and process variables; and to incorporate suitable stabilizing agents.
