abstract
The question whether ground state atoms in a squeezed cavity can lead to redistribution in the output is examined. The dynamics of the coupled atom-field system is formulated and solved to obtain the analytical form of the spectrum of the output field. The spectra are very sensitive to the life time of the atom and the degree of squeezing in the cavity. 1989.
