abstract
Stimulated Raman scattering in chaotic fields of arbitrary band width is studied subject to the condition that the life time of the molecular vibrations is much smaller than the pump correlation time. Using the Karhunen-Love expansion of gaussian stochastic process, exact expressions for the intensity and the amplitude correlations of the Stokes field are obtained. 1980, All rights reserved.
