abstract
The transfer of a quantum state from one atom to another atom using a protocol was analyzed. Investigation shows that the protocol was based on a two-mode cavity interacting dispersively in a sequential manner. It was found that an efficient quantum memory of arbitrary superposition of two cavity modes could be built up using the protocol. The results show the efficiency of state transfer protocol against cavity decoherence.
