  • OSA 2018. Chip-scale biomedical chemical sensors were demonstrated using mid-Infrared flexible aluminum nitride waveguides. Ethanol and water real-time detection was conducted by measuring waveguide light at =2.7 m corresponding to the characteristic -OH absorption.
