abstract
assigned jointly to the European Power Electronics and Drives Association & the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). This paper proposes a novel embedded real-time, smart, active, and efficient air conditioning system for minimizing energy consumption and cost per day while considering customer preferences, comfort level, and health aspect Therefore, the presented online algorithm is aimed to reach those goals by assigning both behavioral modification and technological modification programs that are equipped with embedded tools to collect and monitor all energy information. The proposed system is investigated using Matlab/Simulmk software in order to verify the basic characteristics of the energy consumed by air conditioning system toward minimizing the energy consumption and smartly managing the energy consumption of air conditioner. Experimental results and real-time implementation are conducted to demonstrate the validity of the proposed system.
