abstract
This paper presents a Cooperant Congestion Control Protocol (C3P) that uses 1 bit routers' explicit feedback predicted information and delay signals to adjust the congestion windows appropriately. Simulation results show that C3P can efficiently improve the bandwidth utilization, TCP (transmission control protocol)-friendliness, RTT (round trip time) fairness and reduce the packet drop rate in High Bandwidth-Delay Product Networks.
