abstract

• This paper considers the implementation of the simulated annealing method to fit the values of the Skyrme interaction parameters. By searching for the global minimum in the hypersurface of the 2 function the values of the Skyrme parameters have been fitted to an extensive set of experimental data. 2006 IOP Publishing Ltd.
