Identification of collective bands in neutron-rich Ru-113 Academic Article uri icon

abstract

  • New levels in the neutron-rich [Formula Presented] nucleus have been identified by analyzing [Formula Presented] coincidence events following the spontaneous fission of [Formula Presented] with the Gammasphere detector array. A rotational band going up to 3.6 MeV is identified and is proposed to be built on the intruder [Formula Presented] orbital going up to [Formula Presented] A few states of a possible signature partner are also observed. 2003 The American Physical Society.
