A study of a soil toposequence overlying bedded, zeolite-rich, volcanic sediments in arid subtropical SW Texas revealed that the zeolites are moderately stable. The toposequence consisted of a loamy Calciorthid and Torriorthent, and a clayey Argiustoll. -from Authors
