2014 IEEE. This paper formulates and studies a more general model of coupled switched neural networks with impulsive time window. The main feature of impulsive time window is that impulses can exist the stochastic instants of the whole switching interval not the switching instants and a pre-specified instants. Moreover, the impulsive numbers of every subsystems is not the same. Using switching Lyapunov functions and a generalized Halany inequality, some general criteria which characterize the impulses and switching effects in aggregated form, for asymptotically synchronization and exponential synchronization of this general model are established.
