abstract

• This paper presents the implementation, and experimental results of a low-cost monolithic 3-Ampere LDO regulator with dual control loop and dual output power stage. The circuit includes protection for excessive output current, power dissipation, and temperature. The output stage was designed for low quiescent current. 2005 IEEE.
